Why did Semper Invicta decide to implement CallPage:
Semper Invicta Law Firm provides professional legal services. For each service, the firm has developed dedicated websites to attract additional clients through them. The landing pages include contact forms, but the law firm was looking for a solution that would make it even easier to get contact information for potential clients and encourage direct contact. Therefore, the firm decided to test the CallPage plugin, which allows callbacks to website visitors in 28 seconds.
The CallPage plugin has been installed on several law firm websites, tailored for different services.. In each case, the widget is adapted to the site branding and to the mobile version. CallPage algorithm uses scoring rules, thanks to which it analyzes user behavior on particular pages. For example, if the user wants to leave the site or is browsing it for a long time – a window with the offer of ordering a callback is displayed on their screen.
After entering the phone number, the consultants of the law firm call back the interested persons in 28 seconds. In this way, on average, the company acquires 303 new contacts (leads) to potential clients per month. The average conversation time between a consultant and a potential client is 6 minutes and 25 seconds. This means that the people on the other end of the line are interested in the conversation, and the employee has time to convince the potential client to use the law firm’s services. In addition, using the CallPage plugin, the company collects users’ contact information outside of business hours and calls back people who are interested in legal advice at a selected time.
